2.2 Liwa Falcon reserves the right to adjust the final bill after the on-line bill/order price is presented or conveyed to the customer due to unforeseen circumstances and such adjustments shall be marked on the final bill presented to the customer at the time of delivery.
2.3 Product sizes may vary from the description offered online due to the lead time between changes done by suppliers and updating of the system.
2.4 Online bill and the final bill may vary due to reasons such as Out-of-stock, Special offers, Daily price changes, substitutions of nearest product and items that has price that varies with weight.
3.1 Orders can be amended by contacting us over phone (+971 54 55 99 19 249) / email (email@example.com) and the delivery of the amended items will be supplied along with the present or the next delivery and the prices will be updated consequently.
3.2 After the order is delivered, customers should contact Liwa Falcon within 2 hours for any return/replacement and complaints.
3.3 Any product-related issues should be reported within 2 hrs. Post-delivery
4.1 Refunds are processed on the below scenario:a. Cancelled orders
4.2 Refunds will be initiated by Liwa Falcon within 2 working days.
4.3 The customers shall normally receive their refunds from the Payment Gateway provider within in 10 to 14 working days depending on their mode of payment.
4.5 Refunds for orders placed through cash on delivery transactions, the User has the option to receive the refund in the Liwa Falcon Wallet.
4.6 liwa Falcon will not be responsible for any delay of refund payments from the respective bank of the customer as this is beyond our control. In such a situation, the customer shall directly deal with their bank for availing the refund and Gulf Fruit will support the customer by providing all necessary information required by the customer’s bank.
Return of the products should be done at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
5.1 Liwa Falcon shall not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, to any injury, damage or loss for any defect for product or fitness for uses whatsoever in an event of any incident.
5.2 In case of any form of a delivery discrepancy, Liwa Falcon is liable to not more than the amount of the value of the product.
Any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, logos, concepts, branding or other artwork furnished shall at all times be the property of Liwa Falcon or belonging to the respective brand/product, and that unless and until written permission has been given.
To register with Liwa Falcon you must be over eighteen years of age or, if you are a business, you must be operated by a person over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. Customers shall provide Liwa Falcon with complete and updated personal information, which includes the Customer’s legal name, address telephone and e-mail address. 8.1 That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Liwa Falcon for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
8.2 That you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.
8.3 You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Liwa Falcon reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

You can view your order details by clicking on ‘my dashboard’ whenever you are logged in. Some of our products are priced by weight (for example, watermelon, and papaya). We show the prices for weights on the website. The guide weight is for guidance only; the weight you receive may vary from this guide and the price you are charged will be for the weight of product delivered.
Ordering a product from us carries with it the obligation to pay for it unless we receive a cancellation from you.
We sell only to end users and our products are not for re-sale. You warrant that you shall not re-sell any of the products.
Confirmed order's, you will be able to cancel your order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reference number of your order and reason of the cancellation.
